You are free to change or cancel your order up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date unless otherwise specified by us. A cancellation fee will incur in all other cases.
A confirmation email will be sent when you submit your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order.
Refunds and Returns Policy:
We hope that your flowers reach you in perfect condition however if you are not happy please contact us. Due to the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 day of receipt of your flowers. We do however ask for evidence, with either immediate return or photographic evidence (with the date displayed). Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management and we will always try to reach an acceptable agreement.
